Time again for Chinese New Year shopping, saw lots of chinese new year goodies on sale at the supermarket now.
Time for unscrupulous bak kwa sellers like Lim Chee Guan to double their prices again!
Wonder why must we eat bak kwa during chinese new year when it's sold all year round?
As for other goodies like pineapple tarts, well, we seldom get to eat them so maybe it's a little justifed to increase the prices.
For me, i'll just skip the bak kwa and gorge on the pineapple tarts!
