everyday i can see road hoggers, heavy vehicles speeding in the middle lane, drivers holding handphone and driving! where are those traffic policemen who are being paid by us taxpayers? busy buttering up to their political masters? when these policemen are on the roads, they also seldom take action as there are too many silly laws and sub-sections until the law enforcers themselves don't know which one to apply!
